NEC has new POS terminal

INTERNET, broadband network and enterprise business solutions provider NEC Corp Malaysia has launched a new compact touchscreen Point-of-Sales terminal (POS).

NEC claims the product, called TwinPOS3500G1, occupies just 45% of the space taken up by conventional touchscreen POS terminals.

It uses Flash memory and comes bundled with dedicated application software for retail and restaurant businesses.
