Lick your way to an iPod Shuffle
KUALA LUMPUR: Hong Leong Bank has launched an online game called Lick Em’ Up! at its Hong Leong Online website.
This game — the latest in a series that started in 2007 — is the bank’s way of redefining the Internet banking experience in the country.
“Our goal at Hong Leong Online is to deliver to users a new and innovative way to bank,” said Victor Khor, chief operating officer of technology and e-banking at Hong Leong.
“We want to create an online portal which fits into and is part of the lifestyles of our customers and potential customers.”
He said that with the introduction of Lick Em’ Up!, the bank is accomplishing both goals.
Conceptualised in-house, Lick Em’ Up! is a game for everyone. Users control a PC mouse to get a chameleon to zap insects.
“The essence of the game is to bring fun to Internet banking,” Khor said. “Hong Leong Bank customers who participate, stand to win an iPod Shuffle 4G.” The contest ends Sept 6.
